Yin works for a number of leading developers in the UK, setting up their sites following acquisition to enable them to sell plots. This involves attending site set up meetings with clients and preparing the necessary legal documentation.
Yin also deals with management agreements for developers where there is a resident’s management company involved with the site and where the developer is instructing a managing agent to deal with the day-to-day running of the management company's obligations.
Yin also advises on plot support enquiries from both new and historical sites, as well as on deeds of variations and deeds of covenants for individual plots.
Prior to joining Gateley Yin specialised in residential and commercial property acting for clients on the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
