Anna specialises in banking and acquisition finance, acting for many of the major UK clearing banks and a number of corporate borrowers. She heads up the Banking & Finance team in the East Midlands.

Anna advises clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters including real estate finance, development finance, healthcare lending, syndicated and bilateral borrowing and structured finance.

Experience

1. Acting for Lloyds TSB Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc on the provision of club facilities to a national fertility group.
2. Acting for Leicester University on the obtaining of £55m facilities from the European Investment Bank and Barclays Bank Plc.
3. Acting on a high value offshore/onshore reorganisation and merger including complex financing arrangements for ten different funders, including six clearing banks.
