Anna specialises in banking and acquisition finance, acting for many of the major UK clearing banks and a number of corporate borrowers. She heads up the Banking & Finance team in the East Midlands.
Anna advises clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters including real estate finance, development finance, healthcare lending, syndicated and bilateral borrowing and structured finance.
Experience
- Acting for Lloyds TSB Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc on the provision of club facilities to a national fertility group.
- Acting for Leicester University on the obtaining of £55m facilities from the European Investment Bank and Barclays Bank Plc.
- Acting on a high value offshore/onshore reorganisation and merger including complex financing arrangements for ten different funders, including six clearing banks.
