Mark is a highly-experienced corporate lawyer concentrating on all aspects of corporate finance including investments, mergers and acquisitions, demergers, IPOs and secondary issues.

Mark is particularly experienced in the financial services, telecoms media and technology, travel and leisure and real estate sectors. He is a member of the firm’s media and technology and leisure and travel sector teams.

4. Advising Independent Wealth Planners in respect of investment from Gresham and Ares Capital and numerous acquisitions.
