Reena is a chartered surveyor working within the infrastructure development team dedicated to supporting major infrastructure schemes. 

Reena has experience working on significant projects to provide information about land and property matters that are affected by Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), helping the promoters of major infrastructure developments obtain Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and assemble the land they require. She advises on all land matters including optioneering, acquisition, land agency and matters relating to compensation.

Experience

1. Advising Oxfordshire County Council on a number of compulsory purchase schemes for major highway improvements throughout Oxfordshire. 
2. Advising EDF Renewables on a number of development consent projects for solar farms located around the United Kingdom.
3. Overseeing the production of book of reference, land plans and statement of reasons for submission to the Planning Inspectorate as part of a Development Consent Order application.
4. Agreeing survey access and putting in place licence agreements for intrusive surveys where necessary.
5. Creating technical drawings and plans through the use of AutoCAD, ArcMap and MicroStation for various projects in accordance with industry standards.
