Lauren joined Kiddy & Partners in April 2024 and brings significant experience in project management within the sphere of workplace and employee performance. In Lauren’s role at Kiddy, she is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a variety of programmes across a spectrum of industries.

Lauren has a Master of Science degree in Sports Physiology and after completion, joined a workplace wellbeing company, focusing on delivering projects to support and improve employee health, wellbeing and performance. During this time, Lauren acquired her WELL AP accreditation through the International WELL Building Institute as well as project management qualifications through Google and ILX.

Experience

1. Supporting delivery of a large-scale global Executive Development Program, of over 170 participants, for Philip Morris International.
2. Managing a portfolio of programmes simultaneously for a variety of international organisations.
3. Facilitating in-person development assessments for a range of clients.
4. Managing the development of a leadership framework for Busy Bees.
5. Internally, supporting the team to improve our processes and ensure consistent, quality delivery for our clients.
