Sam focuses his practice on equity capital markets, public companies and corporate governance. He advises corporates, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on a broad spectrum of capital markets matters including primary and secondary securities offerings listed on both UK and international stock exchanges. His experience covers a wide range of sectors, including life sciences, technology, and biotech. He also has significant cross-border transactional experience, including transatlantic, pan-European and across the MENA region.
How do you help clients?
I help my clients in all aspects of their life (or soon-to-be life) on the public markets, whether that be advising on their IPO, raising further capital or on the day-to-day issues that arise by virtue of being a listed company. Â I equally enjoy working with brokers, banks and other advisors to help both private and public companies achieve their strategic goals.
