Sharan is a Business Psychologist, with a MSc (with distinction) in Occupational Psychology and 8+ years’ experience in the talent management consulting industry.

Sharan has consulted on a variety of assessment and development projects, both in design and delivery across various sectors, including Finance, Public Sector, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Nuclear, Hospitality and Telecoms.

Sharan has experience within assessment and development for leaders at all levels across the globe and is passionate about helping people meet their potential. Her expertise lies in psychometric testing and is certified in several psychometric tools. She is also a skilled coach and often delivers 1:1 and group coaching for leaders across various sectors.
