Sharan is a Business Psychologist, with a MSc in Occupational Psychology and 8+ years’ experience in the talent management consulting industry.

Sharan has consulted on a variety of assessment and development projects, both in design and delivery across various sectors, including Finance, Public Sector, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Nuclear, Hospitality and Telecoms.

Sharan’s passion and focus lie within team and leadership development, and she enjoys delivering leadership development programmes and workshops for clients. Her expertise lies in psychometric testing (personality and ability) and she is also a skilled coach and often delivers 1:1 and group coaching for leaders across various sectors.

I enjoy working in partnership with clients to understand their challenges and key priorities, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with them.
