Aza specialises in regulated and unregulated investment funds, including real estate, private equity, and venture capital funds. She primarily advises clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the formation, structuring, re-structuring, marketing and ongoing operations of investment funds.
Aza has worked across several roles in wealth and asset management at leading financial institutions, including fund structuring for exchange-traded vehicles and mandates.
She is a dual-qualified Spanish and English Lawyer, and graduated from the University of Navarra.
