Daniel is a facilitator, coach and learning designer with over twenty five years’ experience working in both private and public sectors across a number of industries including banking & insurance, engineering, FMCG, professional services and maritime.
Daniel has an academic background and qualifications in Occupational Psychology and specialises in the use of Facet5 personality profiling with many of GT’s key clients, supporting individual and high performance team development as well as wider organisational & cultural initiatives. Overall, Daniel manages the portfolio of clients using Facet5 which is in excess of £400k per annum.
Within GT, Daniel is responsible for the management and development major client accounts, business development and the delivery of key projects.
