Experience

1. Obtaining a without notice injunction in a highly sensitive shareholder dispute. 
2. Advising a leading private equity investor in UK in a High Court claim, in respect of breach of warranty and negligent misrepresentation. 
3. Acting on arbitrations concerning the legal interpretation of contractual terms.
4. Part of the team acting on the Supreme Court decision Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure Ltd v Compton Beauchamp Estates Ltd and Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure Ltd v Ashloch Limited & anr [2022] UKSC 18.
5. Advising and acting for a large group of claimants in equal pay claims against a high-profile retailer.
