An experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, Adrian is a Director based in our London office having previously led national and regional teams at large professional consultancies.

Operating across multiple sectors including Commercial, Residential, Health, Blue Light and Education, Adrian has delivered complex programmes of survey and project work for a varied client base.

Adrian also has extensive experience of cladding and compartmentation appraisal and surveys in relation to fire safety.

How do you help your clients?

I support clients and mitigate their risk by providing clear, timely advice around acquiring, maintaining, or repurposing property assets and portfolios. This includes providing technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, and project delivery.

I help clients by offering pragmatic, solutions-based advice and taking a collaborative approach.

Experience

1. Provision of technical due diligence advice on acquisition of circa 1m sqft distribution centre in the Midlands.
2. Management of external wall and fire safety survey programme for a major social housing provider across circa 300 buildings in the southeast.
3. Advising a facilities management provider on lifecycle works to a PFI site in London in preparation for contract expiry.
4. Advising a large NHS Trust on strategy to deal with circa £150m backlog maintenance.
5. Advising a national self-storage provider on acquisition of two industrial units circa 80,000 sqft.
