Working alongside our in-house real estate investment and development teams, we manage the assets of a wide range of clients across the UK, ranging from shopping centres, outlet malls and high street parades to industrial parks or multi-let office buildings.
Our transactional work includes:
- Documenting new and renewal tenancies
- Advising on determining existing tenancies
- Re-gearing and varying existing tenancies to maximise income stream, tenant covenant or tenant mix
- Dealing with tenant applications to make alterations or to assign premises.
What impresses me is the delivery, the performance, and the taking of overall responsibility for the legal management and delivery of the projects.
