How do you help clients?

I help property owners, occupiers, developers, investors and management companies resolve every imaginable type of property-related dispute. I focus on pre-action advice with the aim of resolving a dispute without the necessity of court proceedings. I actively encourage and engage in mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution to get results for my clients. I am very experienced in bringing and defending proceedings in the County Court and High Court and am regularly involved in making and defending applications to the court for urgent remedies.
