Nathan also deals with a range of landlord and tenant matters, as well as support to the corporate team on the real estate aspects of acquisitions, disposals and mergers.
Nathan’s recent experience has seen involvement in a number of different sectors including retail, commercial and mixed used schemes, and logistics and industrial warehouses.

- Acting for an East Midlands property company on the sale of trade and industrial units at a trade park in the North-West.
- Providing assistance with the acquisition, development and £200m forward funding of a hotel development in north London.
