Expertise

Rebecca specialises in residential development and works for a number of major housebuilders in the UK, setting up their sites following acquisition to enable the housebuilder to sell plots. This involves preparing all necessary legal documentation, reviewing the title and reviewing planning documents for the development. Rebecca also reviews and obtains Land Registry approval for the estate plans and deals with Land Registry requisitions.

Rebecca also deals with management agreements and managed land transfers for housebuilders where there is a resident’s management company involved, as well as dealing with transfers of open space and residual land.

Rebecca also advises on plot support enquiries from both new and historical sites, as well as on deeds of variation and deeds of rectification for individual plots.
