We advised nomad and broker, Cenkos Securities Plc, on the £9m secondary fundraise on AIM by Infrastrata Plc. Infrastrata is a UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management. The proceeds of the placing will enable the company to pursue significant growth opportunities following the recent acquisition of Belfast's iconic Harland & Wolff shipyard.

We advised nomad and broker, Cenkos Securities Plc, on the £2.1m secondary fundraise on AIM by Pelatro Plc.
