We have advised Bridgeway Consulting Limited on their investment into an unmanned aerial vehicle company AM-UAS Limited which has been renamed Bridgeway Aerial Limited.

Nottingham-based Bridgeway Aerial Limited undertakes high-resolution aerial inspections, aerial LiDAR capture, 3D modelling and photogrammetry on and around Network Rail infrastructure. This data is combined with ground control points and more traditional capture methods for specialist analysis.

Combining the data capture and analysis competences with those of the new shareholder means that Bridgeway Consulting Limited can now offer a fully managed service running from consultation and pre-planning though risk assessments, management and project delivery.

The deal was led by our Corporate Partner, Mark Rutherford who was assisted by Solicitor, Liz Mills.

Finance director, Stephen Longmore, said, “It was good to work with a team that understood how our two businesses could come together and complement each other and really enhance the service offerings on both sides. With expert advice and genuine interest in making the deal go smoothly it was a pleasure to work with Mark and Liz.”

Mark Rutherford commented, “We are delighted to have advised Bridgeway Consulting on their investment into Bridgeway Aerial which adds yet another string to Bridgeway Consulting’s proverbial bow. Bridgeway Consulting is a business that knows its sector, its clients and invests wisely to drive its business (and offering to its clients) forward; it’s a pleasure for us to be involved in such a dynamic business”.
