Advising on acquisition for Radius Payments Solutions

We advised international fuel cards and telematics solutions provider, Radius Payment Solutions (RPS), on their acquisition of Pure Communications UK Limited.

Founded in 1990, RPS are one of the world’s fastest growing companies providing a market-leading range of products and services to the small and medium fleet sectors. The business operates internationally across 14 countries and 22 offices.

The deal sees RPS broaden its core product offering with a more substantial foothold in the telecommunications market.

Pure Communications UK Limited is an award-winning, leading telecommunications service provider who offer businesses tailored and cost-saving solutions. They are also an O2 partner and have strong relationships with other phone providers.

Corporate senior associate at Gateley Legal, Leigh Whittaker, led the deal with support from partner Stephen Roberts, and solicitor, Adam Noble.
