Grosvenor Health and Social Care Limited have bought the entire share capital of Rainbow Services (UK) Limited, based in South Ayrshire, Scotland.

Grosvenor Health and Social Care Limited provide care and support services to people in their own home through a number of specialist businesses across the UK including Sevacare and Mayfair. Rainbow provides a broad range of care and support needs for children, young people and adults.

Our team, led by Corporate Partner Tom Rush, included Corporate Partner and Grosvenor Health Client Relationship Partner Chris Reed, corporate solicitors Ruary Smith and Jamie Gillespie, tax senior associate Martin Jahreiss and tax partner Jim Hillan.

Tom Rush, who advised on the corporate aspects of the acquisition, said “We have worked with the Grosvenor Health and Social Care team on a number of acquisitions as they extend their domiciliary services across the UK. The acquisition of Rainbow Services increases their footprint in Scotland and complements the services provided by Balmoral Health and Social Care, another part of the Grosvenor Health Group.”
