Advising Transcrip Limited on their acquisition of Real Regulatory Limited

We have advised fast-growing contract drug development organisation, Transcrip Limited, on their acquisition of consultancy firm Real Regulatory.

Real Regulatory, based in Dublin, supports and advises companies on meeting their regulatory obligations, specialising in European regulatory affairs, quality systems and compliance for medical products.

This acquisition will provide the Transcrip team with continued growth, increasing their capabilities in clinical pharmacology, medical affairs, oncology and clinical operations.
