We’re pleased to announce that as of 9 July 2018, Kiddy & Partners will join the Gateley Group.
On Monday 9 July, Kiddy & Partners will join the Gateley Group, a law-led professional services group that is developing its interests in the Human Capital consulting sector.
We will continue to provide industry-leading services in leadership assessment and development under the Kiddy & Partners brand – led by managing partners Simon Brittain and Mike Owtram – with all our people transferring to the Gateley Group.
Being part of a larger group will provide us with the scale we need to enhance our range of services in leadership assessment and development, as well as enabling us to benefit from the resources of the wider Gateley Group.
Gateley already work closely with HR, talent and L&D teams, supporting client organisations with all aspects of people management, motivation, retention and mobility. Kiddy adds an essential capability in leadership assessment and development, meaning Gateley now provides a comprehensive set of human capital consultancy services that enable organisations to be successful in their changing operating environments.
