I help clients with the management of complex property portfolios.
I am the real estate lead for transactional support. I make sure that all property elements of corporate transactions are dealt with efficiently in order to protect my client’s position, where investment, sale or purchase.
Experience
- Advising a leisure client on the acquisition of a site involving various uses and complex structure of site and legal interests.
- Supporting on real estate issues in an acquisition agreement for a major motor manufacturer; subsequently advising the client on five further projects.
- Assisting on the £30m sale of a company with numerous property interests, some of which were leasehold with the freehold being held by directors/shareholders.
