Our established Academy for Housebuilders is a free programme of four separate workshop-style modules delivered over the course of 12 months and hosted by our residential development specialists.Â
The Academy follows the ‘lifecycle’ of a residential development site, guiding delegates through the legal process of buying land in easy and practical terms; from heads of terms all the way through to the last plot sales and ensuring an effective exit for the housebuilder.
We welcome those working in land, planning and technical teams, but find that graduate recruits and those team members who are in the first few years of their career find the ‘back to basics’ overview that the Academy provides most useful.
