We have advised the shareholders and management team of National Education Group (NEG) on the significant minority investment by Synova.
NEG is a multi-award winning provider of remote, expert-led online CPD training for schools and global education institutions, hosted through its proprietary learning management software. The investment by Synova will enable NEG to deliver on its ambitious growth plans, allowing them to invest further into their pioneering software platform and build on its already extensive digital content library.
