Sale of CBS Butler Holdings to Staffing 360 Solutions

We advised on the sale of engineering and IT staffing recruitment services agency, CBS Butler Holdings Limited, to emerging public company in the international staffing sector, Staffing 360 Solutions Inc.

The team was led by Corporate Partner Steven Raize and supported by Zum Mohammed (Corporate), James Gopsill (Tax), Shazan Miah (Real Estate), Chris Thompson (Employment) and Kirstin Roberts (Commercial).

CBS Butler was originally formed through the merger of two long-standing technical recruitment companies – namely CBS Appointments and the UK arm of Butler International Inc. It has over half a century of experience in servicing the recruitment needs of industry and offers a comprehensive recruitment service including contract/temporary staffing, contingency and permanent recruitment, retained search and selection, through to managed services & RPO.

This is one of two acquisitions that Staffing 360 Solutions has recently made in line with its highly focused M&A programme.
