Expertise

Claire acts for national housebuilders in relation to the setting up of sites for residential plot sales. This includes attending meetings with clients, preparing legal documentation, dealing with queries and ensuring plot sales run as smoothly as possible. 

Claire is also experienced in plot sales and undertaking tasks such as exchanging contracts, running completions and giving comprehensive updates to clients.

Before joining Gateley, Claire completed her training contract at a high street firm and became experienced in residential conveyancing including freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases and remortgages. 

Experience

1. Completing the set-up of a complex development which required bespoke documentation. 
2. Completing the set-up of a large site with over 400 plots.
3. Achieving over 70 completions in one month to assist a client in reaching their year end target. 
4. Dealing with plot sales on a complex site where the Council owned the freehold.
