Ria is an experienced case handler responsible for supporting a team of dedicated insurance surveyors with the effective case management of projects throughout their lifecycle, as well as maintaining procedures and document precedents for the division.

She is also responsible for the continuing development and maintenance of the in-house case management system used by the major loss insurance department.
