We have advised Yearsley, the UK’s largest frozen food logistics provider, on its sale to US warehousing company, Lineage Logistics.

Greater Manchester headquartered Yearsley specialises in the frozen food industry, predominantly within the sales and logistics sector. Established in 1952, the group has since gone from strength to strength, operating a nationwide network of 12 stores cold stores and more than 300 vehicles. Frozen food wholesaler Yearsley Food was also included in the sale to Lineage Logistics.
