Gateley Plc awarded Law Firm of the Year at Thames Valley Deal Awards 2018

Our Reading office has been awarded Law Firm of the Year at this year’s Thames Valley Deal Awards.
Senior associate for the firm’s Corporate team, Mark Metcalfe, was also awarded ‘Young Dealmaker of the Year’, which is the first time a lawyer has been shortlisted in this category.
Gateley’s Reading office opened two years ago and has grown from a team of 2 to a team of 20. Judges commented: “Gateley should be applauded for making a significant impact in the Thames Valley, from pretty much a standing start.”
The awards bring together corporate finance advisers, lawyers, bankers, private equity investors, accountants, and funding, as well as the management teams that have led the deals.
