Expertise

I design and deliver award winning leadership development and management training programmes. I've had the opportunity to develop my skills across a range of business functions: Consultancy, Learning Design, Business Development, Marketing and Operations. My specialism and key focus is consulting with world class organisations to advise on learning programmes and performance improvement. I am also able to design online, blended learning programmes covering topics such as diversity and inclusion and leading change. Experienced in designing bespoke 360 degree feedback tools, and linking psychometric tests to a wider programme of work.

How do you help clients?

I help client to get their organisations where they want to be, one behaviour at a time. For example client may want to have a culture of belonging, and improve their inclusive leadership behaviours. Or perhaps they want a more consistent approach to leadership with a focus on high performance.

Through the programmes I have designed and delivered I have been able to show measurable change is areas such as retention, recruitment costs, internal succession, improved customer and employee survey results etc.
