- Advising Rolls-Royce plc on the sale of its commercial marine business and gas-peaking business.
- Advising a large private equity-backed software business on the acquisitions of a number of software businesses.
- Advising Kingswood Group on the acquisitions of a number of IFA businesses.
- Advising a motor retail giant on the acquisitions and disposals of 10+ dealerships.
