Babble Cloud's acquisition of Corporate Management Telecom

Essex-based CMT has been providing information technology services and solutions for over 20 years. They offer business telephony and cloud-based services including voice, system hardware, IT and mobile to over 500 customers.

Babble have embarked on an ambitious targeted buy-and-build programme since they partnered with private equity investor LDC in 2017. CMT marks their third acquisition this year, and their fifth since 2017, and takes them closer to their £100m revenue target.
