2. Advising Maven Capital Partners on its investment into Digital Rewards Group.
3. Advising the selling shareholders of Xpedition Limited in the sale of the company to Transparity, a leading Microsoft partner, backed by private equity firm Bowmark Capital.
4. Advising CACI Limited on various transactions including its acquisitions of Datalynx Limited, IdentityE2E Limited, Rowe IT Holdings Limited and Deep3 Software Limited.
5. Advising Totemic (2014) Holdings Limited, the parent company of financial technology provider Paylink Solutions, on the integration of its ReFi™ unit to global data and technology company Experian.
6. Advising LDC on its investment into Oracle specialist, DSP.
