Expertise
Deborah is an experienced project manager and is responsible for delivering small and large scale programmes, both in the UK and internationally. She is instrumental in managing client relationships and ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and in budget, whilst exceeding client expectations. Deborah also undertakes qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including psychometric and performance data, to evaluate programme impact and provide actionable insights.
Prior to joining Kiddy, Deborah was co-founder of an innovative start-up company that enabled career change and was an account manager for an employee benefits company. Deborah has a BA (hons) in Business Studies, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
Experience
- Project managing and facilitating assessment and development centres (for a key client within the defence and aerospace sector) and individual senior executive assessments (for clients including a major bank and private equity firm).
- Managing the delivery of a senior leader development programme, that enabled the client to understand the strengths, development areas and potential of their future leaders.
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data, including psychometric data, to provide evidence-based insights.
