Victoria is an award-winning employment lawyer. She trained with Gateley and developed her career and became a partner in 2004 whilst on maternity leave with her first child. She had two more children and worked part time whilst the children were young, balancing her role as a client facing partner in the employment team with raising young children.
After many years as a partner in the employment team, Victoria moved into a management role for the Group as Group HR Director. On 1 May 2023, Victoria was appointed as Gateley’s Chief Operating Officer and is a member of Gateley’s Holdings, Strategic and Operations Boards.
