Natasha specialises in providing advice to businesses on a range of human resource matters, such as managing redundancy selection and the consultation process; drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and contracts of employment; and reviewing and updating internal policies and staff handbooks.
Alongside advising on general day-to-day employment queries, Natasha has experience of conducting Employment Tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and discrimination claims.
In addition, Natasha regularly provides employment support on corporate transactions. This includes conducting due diligence on the target company; preparing and negotiating the related employment documents; and drafting warranties and indemnities.
