Three acquisitions for GI Solutions

We have advised GI Solutions on the acquisitions of Kettering-based Eclipse Colour Print, Eclipse 4DM and Direct Link.

The combined group, which has a turnover of over £80m, will offer a wide range of services spanning data services, direct marketing, transactional services and commercial print. The deal is part of GI’s ambition to become the UK’s leading integrated marketing communications business.

Corporate Partner Paul Cliff, Corporate Senior Associate Andrew Cowan and Banking Partner Andrew Madden led a large multi-disciplinary team who advised on the acquisition and financing of the transaction.
