Why should I sign up?

The PBA seeks to promote knowledge and understanding of surety pension bonds and to this end we have produced a series of accredited training sessions to help those who are keen to know more about this valuable means of making UK pension benefits more secure for the many thousands of people who depend upon them for financial security in retirement.

What does the programme cover?

We have split this training programme into three modules:

1. The first module is designed to help you understand the context in which a bond can enhance the security of UK pension benefits.
2. The second module delves a little further looking at the documentation required to establish a pension bond including counter indemnities. Those who complete the second module will be shovel-ready to work on a pension bond project should one pass your way.
3. The third and final module will be devoted to the market for pension bonds. We at the PBA believe the industry is only just awakening to the exciting opportunities that pension bonds can offer the UK pensions market as it moves towards end-game planning, consolidation and, ultimately, risk settlement.

• Cost: £195 +VAT per module

• £495 +VAT for all three modules*

What do you receive at the end of the course?

As well as taking away valuable knowledge and understanding on pension bonds, upon completion of all three modules, you will receive a certificate of completion and be enrolled as an Associate Member of the Pension Bond Association.
