Daniel has twenty years’ experience in dealing with Family Law matters. This includes complex financial matters arising from divorce or the dissolution of a civil partnership with an emphasis on matters involving business assets and assets abroad.
Daniel has experience in dealing with complex matters concerning the arrangements for children with an international element. He regularly conducts cases involving the application of the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction and permission to remove children from the jurisdiction of England and Wales. As a result, Daniel regularly appears in the High Court.
Daniel enjoys dealing with matters relating to the arrangements for children as well as specific issues such as health and education matters and private adoption and linked to that he has developed a practice in representing grandparents in matters concerning children.
Daniel has also undertaken numerous cases dealing with farming matters and routinely represent high profile and high net worth individuals.
