With a background in quantity surveying, Russell became involved in capital allowances and tax incentives for property investment nearly two decades ago. His particular strength is in the analysis of complex and large scale construction projects and he is part of our growing land remediation relief team.
Russell acts for many of our large development clients and since joining the Birmingham team in 2009 has worked on numerous landmark construction projects. His ability to interpret complex construction cost information and further supplement this with his own pricing information gathered from site surveys ensures our clients maximise their entitlement to capital allowances and land remediation relief.
