• Patisserie Valerie – Advising the Patisserie Valerie board and advising administrators on multiple disposals and trading issues.
• Jamie’s Italian restaurants – Advising the administrators in their appointment of Jamie’s Italian restaurants and assisting in the closure and realisation of the majority of the restaurant portfolio, as well as the disposal of several restaurant concessions located at Gatwick airport.
• Jones Bootmaker – Advising the investors on the acquisition of shoe retailer, Jones Bootmaker, from administration by transformational private equity investor, Endless LLP.
