Kerry specialises in working with clients to drive culture transformation, talent development, change management, team development and leadership development. She has a background in working both nationally and internationally and has a track record of successfully guiding organisations through strategic shifts, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. 

Her expertise extends to providing executive coaching to high-level professionals up to and including executives; working with them to achieve their full potential. 

As well as working in consultancy for a number of years, Kerry has also spent time working in various senior HR roles within a number of organisations across several sectors which include: retail and operations, travel, manufacturing, health and safety, and not-for-profit.

The leadership development programmes I facilitate empower leaders to navigate the evolving business landscape effectively. My executive coaching allows me to help high-level professionals overcome individual obstacles and achieve their career aspirations.

Overall, my passion lies in providing tailored solutions to clients so they can thrive in an ever-changing external/ internal environment.
