He advises on complex, tax-efficient wills, the establishment and administration of high value trusts, estate administration and related matters. Sean acts as a professional Executor and Trustee.
Sean advises business owners on succession planning, inheritance tax and wealth protection through wills, trusts and alternative structures. He has significant experience of administering high value trusts and estates. Sean also acts for a number of charities and advises on the creation and administration of charities.
Sean holds the STEP Advanced Diploma in Advising Family Business Owners. Sean is a past chairman of STEP Manchester and former member of the STEP Worldwide Council.
