Esther is a solicitor in the employment team, advising businesses on a broad range of HR and employment law matters. Her work includes supporting clients through redundancy exercises, including selection processes and consultation requirements; drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and contracts of employment; and reviewing and updating internal policies and staff handbooks.
Esther also has significant experience advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions undertaking due diligence on target companies, preparing and negotiating employment related documentation, and drafting warranties and indemnities to support transactional risk management.
