Gabriel is a newly-qualified solicitor in the corporate team having also worked previously as a corporate paralegal before completing his training contract with Gateley. Gabriel’s experience includes advising on a range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate law and governance.

• Advising the shareholders (including LDC) on the exit of Independent Governance Group.
• Advising the shareholders of Serif Group Ltd, the company behind the Affinity platform, on their sale to Canva Inc.
• Supporting on the sale of PebblePad Group, an EdTech software provider, on its sale to NorthEdge Capital.
