Sultana advises national housebuilder clients on the purchase of residential properties which are to be acquired in part exchange for one of their new build plots. Sultana also advises clients on any risks that will be involved in later reselling these properties. Duties and responsibilities include:
- investigating title documents and search results and reporting to clients
- reporting to clients on replies to enquiries
- advising clients on whether the relevant conditions are met for the client to be able to claim part exchange SDLT relief.Â

- Advising clients on the purchase and sale of both freehold and leasehold properties, including registered and unregistered titles.Â
- Meeting exchange and completion deadlines to achieve client targets.
- Keeping clients informed on progress.
- Advising clients on any risks which may affect the resale of the property.
