He advises on matters across the corporate lifecycle, including initial and follow-on investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and disposals. Oliver works with private companies, private equity funds, management teams and individual entrepreneurs across a range of sectors.

• Advising Praetura Ventures on its investment in Audiebant, a mass communication solutions provider, as part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II established by the British Business Bank.
• Advising Red Nori, a family investment office, on its acquisition of a specialist fire safety and compliance group, alongside a management buyout and the establishment of long term joint venture arrangements between the investors and the management team.
• Advising financial services consolidators Ascendant and Attivo on their continued expansion through the acquisition of independent financial adviser firms and accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland.
• Advising Timpson Group on its acquisition of James Shoe Care, strengthening its position in the UK’s consumer repair and maintenance market.
• Advising the shareholders of Polka Dot Travel, an independent travel agency, on the sale of the business to Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent travel agent.
• Advising Healthcademia, a healthcare education and training provider, on its acquisition of a UK digital medical education platform supporting students and healthcare professionals.
