Gemma acts for national housebuilders in relation to the setting up of sites for residential sales.
As part of this process, she attends site set up meetings with clients and then prepares the necessary legal documentation and compile the sales pack.
She also assists the plot sales team with enquiries on new and historical sites.
Before joining Gateley, Gemma specialised in new build plot sales where she acted for a national housebuilder on several of their sites across Yorkshire. She also specialised in largely residential and some commercial property, acting for clients on the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.

- Acting for clients on high value residential purchases and advising on Stamp Duty Land Tax liabilities.
- Handling ecclesiastical and landed estate residential sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered land.
- Completing the sale of a private hotel to an investor purchaser.
- Completing a high volume of individual plot sales at the end of each month for one housebuilder client.
